4. Acceptance of Modifications

By continuing to use our cleaning services, accessing your customer dashboard, or scheduling new appointments after the effective date, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must notify us and discontinue use of our services prior to the effective date.

5. Classification of Changes

Material Changes include, but are not limited to: adjustments to service pricing, modifications to liability limitations, changes in data collection or privacy practices, alterations to cancellation policies, or expansions/reductions in service scope. These will trigger explicit notification and may require renewed consent for recurring service contracts.

Non-Material Changes include grammatical corrections, formatting adjustments, structural reorganization, or minor clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights or obligations. These may be implemented without additional notice.
