  • Broken items (e.g., glassware, decor) knocked over while cleaning.
  • Damage caused by our cleaning equipment or machinery.
  • Theft or loss of property by an employee while on your premises (Bonded).
  • Medical expenses for crew injuries occurring at your home (Workers' Comp).

❌ What Is Not Covered

  • Pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear noted before the clean.
  • Damage reported more than 48 hours after the service completion.
  • Damages caused by homeowner modifications or instructions.
  • Valuables or collectibles not disclosed or secured prior to cleaning.
  • Damage resulting from homeowner presence interfering with work.
  • Pet damage caused by the homeowner's animals.

How much liability coverage do you carry?

SparkleClean Pro carries $2 million in General Liability insurance and is fully bonded for $500,000. This ensures that even significant incidents are fully covered without financial burden to you.

What if my pet breaks something?

We ask clients to secure pets in a safe area or crate. Damage caused directly by your pets is generally not covered. However, if a team member attempts to move a pet and an accident occurs, that may be reviewed under our policy.

Do I need to be home to file a claim?

No. You can file a claim via phone or email. However, having photos taken at the time of discovery significantly speeds up the assessment process.

How long do I have to report damage?

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning service. Late reports cannot be verified against the cleaning log and cannot be processed.

What if you break something valuable?

We ask clients to mark or store valuable, fragile, or antique items before our arrival. For items clearly designated as off-limits, our team will not touch them. For covered accidents, we work to replace or reimburse based on depreciation or replacement cost.
