📅 Scheduling & Confirmation

When you submit a booking request through our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Your service is officially confirmed once payment information is processed and received.

  • Booking Window: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or next-day requests may be available subject to team availability.
  • Service Windows: We provide a 2-hour arrival window (e.g., 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Our team will arrive as close to the start of the window as possible.
  • Duration: Average cleaning times are 2–4 hours for standard homes. You do not need to be home during the service unless requested.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please follow these guidelines to avoid additional charges:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% fee of the total service cost.
  • No-Show: If we arrive and cannot access your home, and no prior notice was given, the full service fee applies.
⚠️ Emergency cancellations due to severe weather or force majeure events are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be waived.

💳 Payment Terms

SparkleClean Pro accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Company Check (available upon request for recurring clients)

When You Pay: Payment is processed automatically after the service is completed and approved by our quality assurance team. For new bookings, a card is required on file to secure the appointment.

Price Adjustments: If the size or condition of your home is significantly different than described at booking, we may adjust the final invoice. Our team will communicate with you before leaving if additional time is required.

🔑 Home Access & Entry

If you prefer not to be home during cleaning, please arrange secure access:

  • Keys: You may leave a key in a lockbox, under a mat, or with a neighbor. Please provide clear instructions in the booking notes.
  • Smart Locks: Temporary codes are preferred and highly recommended for security.
  • Gate Access: Provide codes or instructions for gates, HOAs, or building intercoms.
🔒 Security Note: SparkleClean Pro is fully insured and bonded. We treat all property access with the highest level of trust and discretion. We do not copy keys or share access information.

🐾 Pet Policy

We love furry friends! However, for the safety of our team and your pets:

  • Please secure pets: We recommend keeping pets in a quiet room or removing them from the premises during cleaning.
  • Aggressive Animals: If you have pets that may pose a risk, please disclose this in advance. We can accommodate by waiting until they are settled or scheduling when you're home.
  • Litter Boxes: Please scoop litter boxes before your appointment. Our cleaners will not clean litter boxes as a safety precaution.

🛡️ Damage & Liability

While our professionals are trained to handle all household items with care, accidents can rarely happen.

  • Insurance Coverage: SparkleClean Pro carries liability insurance up to $2,000 per incident. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Valuables: Please secure small valuables, loose change, jewelry, or fragile items before the clean. We are not responsible for misplaced or lost items.
  • Electrical Outlets: For safety, please remove any plugs from outlets in areas to be cleaned, especially near sinks and showers.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your clean:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of service completion via phone or email.
  2. Provide details and photos of any missed areas or concerns.
  3. We will send a team back to address the issue at no additional cost within 48 hours.
