Zone 1: Metro Central Full Service

Includes downtown, midtown, and immediate suburbs. Same-day and next-day scheduling available. Standard pricing applies with no travel surcharges.

Zone 2: North & South Districts Full Service

Covers residential corridors up to 15 miles out. Weekly and bi-weekly recurring plans available. 24-hour advance booking recommended for same-day requests.

Zone 3: Eastside & Rural Outskirts Limited / Premium

Extended coverage area. Services available on scheduled routes (Tue/Thu/Sat). A standard $15 travel fee applies. Minimum booking of 2 hours required.

What if my address is on the border of a zone?
Our dispatch system automatically detects the correct zone when you enter your address. Border locations are typically assigned to the zone with the nearest active crew to minimize travel time.
Do you charge a travel fee for rural areas?
Yes, locations beyond 15 miles from our central hub in Zone 3 are subject to a $15 one-way travel surcharge to cover fuel and technician transit time. This fee is applied per visit, not per hour.
Can I request a specific crew or cleaner?
In Zones 1 and 2, recurring clients can request their preferred technician when scheduling. For Zone 3, assignments are based on route optimization, but we will honor preferences when possible.
How do I expand coverage if you don't serve my area yet?
