Pricing Adjustment for Deep Cleaning Services

Pricing Terms

To reflect increased operational costs and our upgraded eco-friendly product line, Deep Cleaning packages will see a 6% adjustment effective January 1, 2025. Existing annual contract holders will be grandfathered at current rates until renewal. No changes to Basic or Bi-Weekly plans.

Updated Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Scheduling Terms

We now require a minimum 12-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $25 administrative fee. Clients may reschedule up to 3 times per month without penalty via the client portal or automated phone system. Emergency exceptions apply.

Revised Liability & Insurance Coverage

Our commercial general liability coverage has been increased to $3M per occurrence. All cleaning incidents are now covered under our expanded damage guarantee, including minor scratches or stains that occur during deep carpet or hardwood treatments.

Due to high seasonal demand, bookings for the Dec 20–Jan 5 window will require a 48-hour advance notice. A 15% holiday surcharge applies to services booked during this period to ensure team availability and premium staffing. Book early to secure your slot.
