Our standard MOQ for custom dimensions and materials is 50,000 pieces. However, we offer a prototyping service for as low as 500 pieces to validate specifications before full production runs.
Initial samples can typically be produced within 5-7 business days. Dedicated tooling for high-volume production takes approximately 10-14 days, depending on complexity and finish requirements.
We absorb initial tooling costs for production orders exceeding 250,000 pieces annually. For smaller runs, a one-time NRE (non-recurring engineering) fee applies, which is transparently quoted upfront.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management. All batches include material certificates, dimensional reports, and coating thickness verification.
Absolutely. Send us a physical sample or detailed specifications. Our engineering team will reverse-engineer the dimensions, analyze the material composition, and produce a matching sample for your approval.
