Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, we began as a small wire-forming operation with a singular vision: to produce the most reliable, precision-engineered staples the world had ever seen. Today, we operate three manufacturing facilities across North America and Europe, employing over 450 skilled workers and shipping more than 500 million staples annually.

Manufacturing & Quality
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities utilize advanced wire-drawing technology, precision stamping, and automated quality inspection systems. Every batch is tested against ISO 9001 standards, and we maintain a 99.8% quality rate across all product lines.
Production Process
Raw steel wire is sourced from certified suppliers and undergoes initial quality inspection before entering our production line. Through multi-stage wire drawing, precision cutting, and automated forming, each staple is manufactured to within ±0.02mm tolerance. Final inspection includes dimensional verification, coating adhesion testing, and bend-cycle durability assessment.
Quality Assurance
Our QA laboratory performs statistical process control at every stage. Incoming materials are verified for chemical composition and mechanical properties. Finished products undergo random sampling and full-batch testing for dimensions, coating thickness, and fastening performance. We maintain complete traceability from raw material to shipped product.
