Frequently Asked Questions

Why are my staples jamming despite using the correct size?
Jamming is rarely size-related. Check for bent crowns in the box, verify your stapler's anvil alignment, and ensure the feed tray magnet isn't weakened. If you're mixing brands in the same tray, switch to single-brand loading to prevent friction variance.
What does the '24/6' or '26/6' specification mean?
The first number (24, 26, etc.) refers to the wire gauge thickness. The second number (6) indicates leg length in mm. A 24/6 is thicker wire with 6mm legs, ideal for heavy paper stacks. Lower gauge numbers mean thicker, stronger wire.
Do your staples contain heavy metals or coatings?
Our standard line uses zinc-aluminum coating for rust resistance. We offer fully uncoated steel, nickel-plated, and eco-compliant chromium-free options. All materials comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Full material safety data sheets are available in Downloads.
How long is the warranty on bulk staple orders?
We guarantee dimensional accuracy and coating integrity for 12 months from delivery under proper storage conditions. Manufacturing defects or batch inconsistencies are replaced at no cost upon inspection.
