Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- Items must not show signs of tampering, environmental damage, or improper storage.

Email or call our returns team to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Prepare Shipment
Securely package items with the RMA number clearly visible on the exterior.
Ship Back
Use a trackable carrier. Standard return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Inspection
Our quality team inspects returned goods within 3 business days of receipt.
Refunds & Replacements
Upon successful inspection, we process approvals within 24 hours:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error originated from our fulfillment center.
- Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship your new order at no additional cost once the return is logged.
- Store Credit: Available for full refund value plus 10% bonus credit for expedited future orders.
Custom & Made-to-Order Staples
Due to the specialized nature of custom wire gauges, bespoke lengths, and special alloy compositions, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Exceptions apply only if the product fails to meet the approved technical specifications or exhibits manufacturing defects.
We recommend requesting a physical sample batch before committing to large-scale custom production runs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or shows signs of manufacturing defects (e.g., inconsistent wire tension, coating irregularities, or feeding failures):
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
- We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Return shipping for defective items is prepaid by StapleCraft Pro upon approval.
