1. Introduction & Commitment to Copyright
StarWave Entertainment respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and partners to do the same. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and protecting the rights of content creators while preserving fair use principles.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement on our platforms, services, or partner networks, you may submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent. Please include the following information in your notification:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant and may restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
⚠️ Enforcement Action
StarWave Entertainment employs a graduated response policy. Users found to be repeat infringers will be subject to account suspension or termination, and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may, in our sole discretion, remove or disable access to materials in response to a complaint or at our own initiative. We do not review complaints submitted to us and do not determine whether materials are actually infringing or non-infringing. We simply respond expeditiously to clear copyright infringement claims as described in the DMCA.
5. Fair Use & User Content
While we respect copyright, we also recognize the importance of fair use and transformative content. Users are responsible for ensuring their uploads and submissions comply with all applicable laws. We do not encourage or condone copyright infringement, and users may be held liable for any infringement arising from their content.
