All deliverables include source files, documentation, deployment guides, and a 30-day post-launch support window. Enterprise clients receive extended SLA coverage and training sessions.

Do you offer refunds or pause contracts?+

We operate on milestone-based billing. Funds for unstarted milestones can be reallocated or refunded per our contract terms. Projects can be paused with 14 days written notice.

How do you handle intellectual property rights?+

Upon final payment, all custom code, designs, and assets become your exclusive property. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

Can I scale my team or add features mid-project?+

Absolutely. Our agile process allows for scope adjustments. We'll provide a transparent impact assessment on timeline and budget before any changes are implemented.
