2. Governing Law

All contracts, agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, and related legal documents provided by That Is A Q shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Federal laws may apply where expressly stated.

3. Jurisdiction & Venue

Any legal action, proceeding, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, our services, or any breach thereof shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.

4. Dispute Resolution

That Is A Q encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for a minimum of thirty (30) days before initiating formal legal proceedings. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgments may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

5. Severability

If any provision of this Governing Law agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Amendments & Updates

That Is A Q reserves the right to modify or update this Governing Law statement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend periodic review of this page.
