- Structural failure in framing, decks, or load-bearing carpentry work
- Finish failures (peeling, bubbling, or excessive discoloration) under normal indoor conditions
- Joinery separation or fastener failure not caused by external impact or misuse
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty policy:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or patina development on wood surfaces
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, or lack of maintenance
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by third parties without prior written approval
