Some users experienced slower-than-normal response times when accessing the WordPress Dashboard API between 3:15 PM and 4:30 PM UTC.
Resolved: Response times have returned to normal. The issue was caused by a database connection pool exhaustion during a peak traffic period. Additional connection pool limits have been configured to prevent recurrence.
Investigating: Our team has identified the root cause — a spike in automated security scans from managed sites overwhelming the API. Scaling measures are being applied.
Detected: Monitoring systems detected elevated API response times (avg 2.4s, normal <300ms). Investigation underway.

Identified: Third-party storage provider experiencing connectivity issues. Monitoring for resolution.
