You can manage your bookings anytime from the My Bookings section in your dashboard. To cancel or reschedule:
- Go to My Bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to modify.
- Click Cancel or Reschedule.
Cancellation Policy: Most bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Some providers may have stricter policies, which will be listed on the booking confirmation page.
We recommend contacting your provider immediately if you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the provider may not be able to accommodate you due to subsequent bookings. A no-show fee may apply depending on the provider's policy, which will be displayed during checkout.
Upon successful booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS (if enabled). Automated reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. You can manage notification preferences in your Account Settings.
Yes! During the booking process, you can specify the number of attendees. Some services (like restaurant tables or group classes) require a minimum or maximum group size, which will be indicated on the service page.
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires in 1 hour for security reasons.
If you wish to delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible and will cancel all future bookings. We will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Navigate to Settings > Profile to update your name, email, phone number, and payment methods. Changes are saved automatically and apply to all future bookings immediately.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. For Business accounts, we also support invoice-based billing and wire transfers.
Go to Settings > Billing to view your current plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remaining period.
Refunds for service bookings depend on the provider's individual policy. Generally, if you cancel within the free cancellation window (usually 24 hours), you receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.
Please try the following steps:
- Refresh the page or restart the app.
- Clear your browser cache or app data.
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure you are using the latest version of BookEase.
BookEase supports Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar and follow the prompts to authorize the connection. Once synced, all your bookings and reminders will appear in your external calendar automatically.
Click Become a Provider and fill out the registration form. You'll need to provide business details, service offerings, and availability. Our team reviews applications within 48 hours.
BookEase operates on a transparent commission model. Standard providers pay a 5% commission per booking processed through the platform. Business accounts with higher volume may qualify for reduced rates. There are no monthly listing fees.
