Can parents and students share an account? +
Yes! Create one primary account and add the student as a linked profile. Parents get full access to progress reports, messaging, and billing, while students access lessons and practice materials.
What if my child's internet connection is unstable? +
Our virtual classroom auto-adjusts video quality for low bandwidth. You can also switch to audio-only mode, download lesson materials ahead of time, or request an in-person tutor if available in your area.
How soon after signing up can I start learning? +
