Days 2–3A 30-minute video call with our Head of Education to discuss your pedagogical approach, availability, and career goals. We also answer all your questions.
Week 1Demonstrate your expertise through a brief, practical teaching demonstration and subject-matter quiz. Focus is on clarity, pacing, and student engagement.
Week 2Receive your contract, complete background verification, attend a 2-hour platform orientation, and get matched with your first student.
Week 3We accept only the top 3% of applicants to maintain our academic excellence standards.
Bachelor's degree minimum in your subject area. Master's or PhD preferred for advanced/AP level positions.
Minimum 1 year of tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience. Classroom, private, or academic camp experience counts.
Comfortable with video conferencing, interactive whiteboards, and learning management systems.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and provide constructive feedback.
Must pass a comprehensive background check and child safety screening (required for all educational staff).
Minimum 10 hours/week, including evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules.
