Experiment with robotics, coding, chemistry reactions, and engineering challenges in small groups guided by subject-matter experts.

Program Details & Logistics

What supplies should my child bring? +
Students only need a water bottle, a backpack, and a positive attitude. All textbooks, art supplies, laptops/tablets (for coding track), and lab materials are provided. Track-specific items will be mailed to registered students one week before start date.
Is lunch included? Can you accommodate allergies? +
Yes! Daily lunch and two snack breaks are included. We partner with a local caterer that offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options. Allergy accommodations are arranged during registration.
Can my child switch tracks mid-summer? +
Standard and 4-Week plans include one track change opportunity at the halfway point. Full Summer Pass holders may switch tracks weekly based on availability. We recommend confirming preferences at least 48 hours in advance.
What is your attendance/cancellation policy? +
Enrollments cancelled before May 1 receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between May 2–15 receive a 50% refund or credit toward 2026. After May 15, credits may be applied to siblings or future programs. Illness days beyond 3 require a doctor's note for refund consideration.
Are scholarships or payment plans available? +
Yes. We offer need-based scholarships covering up to 50% of tuition. We also provide interest-free 3-month payment plans. Apply during registration by selecting the financial assistance option, and our team will contact you within 48 hours.
