My server is unreachable β€” what should I do?

First, check our system status page for any ongoing incidents. If all systems are operational, try these steps: 1) Verify your server isn't in a "Stopped" state in the dashboard. 2) Check your firewall rules and security groups. 3) Review the network status from the monitoring panel. If the issue persists, submit a Critical priority ticket from this page and include your server ID for faster resolution.

How do I update my payment method or view invoices?

Navigate to Dashboard β†’ Billing β†’ Payment Methods to add, update, or remove payment methods. To view and download invoices, go to Billing β†’ Invoices. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. If you have questions about a specific charge, please contact billing@cloudnexus.io with your account ID.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-billing cycle?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No data will be lost during either process. Visit Dashboard β†’ Subscription β†’ Change Plan to make changes.

How do I restore a backup of my server?

Go to Dashboard β†’ Resources β†’ Servers, select your server, and navigate to the Backups tab. You'll see all automatic and manual backups. Click Restore next to the backup you want to use. Note: Restoring a backup will replace the current state of your server. We recommend creating a snapshot before restoring. All backups are retained for 30 days (Professional plan) or 14 days (Starter plan).

Is my infrastructure protected against DDoS attacks?

Yes! All CloudNexus plans include automated DDoS mitigation. Our network can absorb and filter attacks up to 5 Tbps on Starter plans and 10 Tbps on Professional/Enterprise plans. Enterprise plans also include a Web Application Firewall (WAF) with custom rules. For more details, check our security documentation or contact our security team at security@cloudnexus.io.

Where can I find my API credentials?

Your API credentials are available at Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ API Keys. You can create new keys with granular permissions, set expiration dates, and view the last used timestamps. We recommend using environment variables to store your API keys securely. For programmatic access, refer to our API documentation which includes SDKs for Python, JavaScript, Go, and more.
