• Infrastructure Logs: To ensure the integrity of our 99.999% uptime SLA and security, we collect server access logs, error logs, bandwidth usage statistics, and API request logs.
• Customer Content: Data you store on CloudNexus instances, databases, or object storage. CloudNexus does not scan, access, or modify Customer Content unless required by law or to prevent imminent harm.

• Service Provision: To deploy, manage, and maintain your cloud infrastructure, VPS instances, and managed databases.
• Billing & Transactions: To process payments, send invoices, and prevent fraud.

• Improvement: To analyze usage trends, optimize performance, and develop new features.
