General Overview

Welcome to Cup Source. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, product catalog, ordering system, and wholesale services. By placing an order, registering as a business client, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Cup Source operates as a B2B wholesale supplier of disposable and reusable drinkware, packaging, and related accessories. All transactions are conducted between Cup Source and verified business entities or authorized representatives.

Orders & Pricing

All product listings, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

Orders are considered binding only after official confirmation via email or order management portal. Cup Source reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Volume Discounts: Tiered pricing applies based on order quantity. Discount eligibility is calculated at checkout and may vary by product category.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, ACH, credit/debit cards, and approved net terms for qualified accounts. All payments must be made in full before order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For accounts on net-15 or net-30 terms, late payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Cup Source may suspend shipments or terminate accounts for consistent late payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States. International shipments vary by destination and customs processing. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

Cup Source is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, port congestion, or force majeure conditions. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping carrier.

Orders are shipped palletized or boxed according to product type. Damaged pallets must be documented at time of delivery and reported within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale packaging goods, all standard inventory sales are final. Returns are only accepted for:

  • Manufacturer defects verified by Cup Source quality control
  • Incorrect shipments (wrong SKU, quantity, or customization)
  • Damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

Custom-branded orders are non-refundable once production begins. Cancellations before production may incur a setup fee refund of up to 75% depending on order stage.

Custom Branding & Intellectual Property

Client-supplied artwork for custom cups, sleeves, and packaging remains the intellectual property of the client. By submitting designs, you grant Cup Source a limited license to reproduce, print, and deliver the artwork solely for your order.

Cup Source is not responsible for verifying trademark, copyright, or design infringement claims. Clients warrant that all submitted materials are original or properly licensed. If a third-party claim is made, the client assumes full legal and financial responsibility.

Proof approvals are required before mass production. Once approved, changes are not permitted without additional setup fees and lead time adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

Cup Source’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms, product defects, or service interruptions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

In no event shall Cup Source be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims, regardless of the theory of liability.

Compliance & Regulations

All products sold by Cup Source meet applicable FDA, LFGB, and ISO food-contact safety standards where required. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of products complies with local, state, and federal regulations in their jurisdiction.

Eco-friendly, compostable, and recyclable claims are based on third-party certifications provided at time of order. Disposal requirements vary by municipality; Cup Source does not guarantee local composting facility compatibility.

Amendments to Terms

Cup Source reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes to pricing, payment terms, or shipping policies will be communicated via email or client portal at least 30 days before implementation.
