Custom printed orders typically require 10-14 business days for production. This includes plate creation, proofing, and manufacturing. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your event or launch date.
For the best results, please provide vector files in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF format with outlined fonts. We also accept high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files (300 DPI minimum). Our design team can assist with file preparation if needed.
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged stock items within 30 days of delivery. Custom printed orders are final sale due to the made-to-order nature of the product. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos for a full replacement.
