What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Our standard MOQ starts at 500 units for most products. For custom-branded items, the MOQ is typically 1,000 units. However, we offer flexible options for startups and smaller businesses — mention your needs in the form and we'll work with you.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? +
Absolutely! We offer sample kits for nearly all products at a nominal fee that's credited toward your first bulk order. Request samples by selecting the "Sample Kit" option when you submit your quote, or contact our team directly.
Do you offer private label / white-label manufacturing? +
Yes! We specialize in private-label manufacturing for brands of all sizes. From custom packaging to unique cup designs, we'll work with you to create a product line that's uniquely yours. Select "Private Label" in the customization options and we'll discuss details.
What payment terms do you offer for wholesale orders? +
We offer Net 30 terms for established accounts, along with options for wire transfer, ACH, and credit card. New customers are welcome to start with a trial order via credit card. Account terms can be discussed during the quote process.
