Can I mix products across different tiers?+
Yes. Your tier applies to your entire account. All items in a single order qualify for your current tier pricing.
How fast are custom printed orders produced?+
Standard print lead time is 10–14 business days. Growth and Enterprise tiers receive priority production scheduling.
Are there additional fees for shipping or setup?+
Setup fees apply only to fully custom structural designs. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free freight for Enterprise orders over $2,500.
