💡 How are credits deducted?
Credits are consumed in real-time as you make API calls or use AI features. Simple lookups cost 1-5 credits, while AI-powered translations and audio generation cost more based on complexity and length.
🕰️ Do credits expire?
Yes. All purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (18 months for Enterprise packs). Unused credits will be automatically refunded to your balance or expire based on your account settings.
🔒 What happens if I run out?
Your API access will be temporarily suspended until credits are replenished. We'll send email and dashboard notifications when your balance drops below 10%. You can set up auto-top-up to prevent interruptions.
