- Dashboard Navigation: Use the top menu or sidebar to switch between Pregnancy Tracker, Baby Care Guides, Workshops, and Community forums.
- Mobile App: Download FamilyNest on iOS or Android for offline access to downloaded guides and milestone tracking.
- Personalization: Update your family profile to receive age-appropriate content, milestone alerts, and workshop recommendations.
💡 Tip: Enable push notifications in your settings to never miss live workshops or expert Q&A sessions.
📚 Content Usage & Sharing
FamilyNest provides original guides, worksheets, activities, and expert articles. Here’s how you may use them:
- Personal Use: All content is free for personal family use. You may print worksheets or save guides for offline reference.
- Sharing: You may share links to public FamilyNest articles on social media. Direct downloading/redistribution of PDFs or videos is restricted to Premium members only.
- Educational Use: Schools, daycare centers, or parenting groups may request a non-commercial license for workshops or guides. Contact our partnerships team.

The safety of your family and your data is our top priority:
- Data Protection: We never sell personal data. All health and milestone tracking data is encrypted and stored securely.
