You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. We will comply within 30 days, subject to legitimate business, legal, or safety retention requirements. Deleting your account will remove access to all FamilyNest services.
You can export your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format (CSV/JSON). This includes profile information, saved milestones, activity logs, and communication preferences, enabling you to transfer your data to other services seamlessly.

We never send unsolicited marketing. You can manage your email, SMS, and push notification preferences at any time. Unsubscribe links are included in every promotional message, and you can adjust settings directly in your dashboard.
FamilyNest is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child's data was collected inadvertently, please contact us immediately so we can take corrective action.
