You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the "Current Plan" section above. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade, the price difference will be credited to your account.

Yes! Members can freeze their account for up to 3 months per year. Simply click "Pause Membership" or contact support. We'll hold your plan without charging you during the freeze period.

Elite members receive 2 guest passes per month. You can invite guests through your account dashboard or ask front desk staff. Guests must sign a waiver and present ID upon entry.

You can cancel your membership at any time. Please provide 30 days notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fees apply. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

If you notice a duplicate charge or incorrect amount, please contact our billing team immediately via email or phone. We'll investigate within 24 hours and issue refunds if applicable.
