General Conduct
IronForge is a professional environment. Respect is the foundation of our community.
- Treat all members, staff, and trainers with respect.
- No aggressive behavior, shouting, or abusive language.
- Ask before spotting; do not interrupt others working out.
- Cell phone conversations should be taken outside the workout floor.
- Do not photograph or record other members without their explicit permission.
- Professional photoshoots require a special permit and additional fee.
- Selfies are permitted in designated areas only.
Access & Security
We maintain 24/7 access for members. Security protocols must be followed.
- You must scan your IronForge keycard or app QR code to enter.
- One entry per member. Tailgating is strictly prohibited.
- If you lose your keycard, report it at the front desk immediately ($10 replacement fee applies).
Emergency Exits
In case of emergency, all staff are trained to unlock exit doors. Familiarize yourself with the nearest exit upon arrival.
Attire & Hygiene
Proper attire is required for safety and sanitation.
- Closed-toe athletic shoes are mandatory on the fitness floor.
- No jeans, boots, sandals, or street shoes allowed in workout areas.
- Modest athletic wear is required for group fitness classes.
- Shower after your workout if you sweat heavily.
- Use of deodorant and mouthwash is encouraged.
- Towels are provided for the pool and sauna; please use one.
Equipment Safety
Treat equipment with care to ensure longevity and safety for others.
- Wipe down all machines, benches, and mats immediately after use.
- Use the provided disinfectant spray and paper towels.
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Do not use equipment that is broken, loose, or unsafe.
- Tag the machine "Out of Order" and notify a staff member or use the app to report it.
Cardio Zone
Rules specific to the treadmill, elliptical, and bike areas.
- During peak hours (12 PM - 2 PM), there is a 30-minute limit on machines if others are waiting.
- Use headphones when listening to music; keep volume low enough to hear calls for help.
- Do not block walkways with chairs or belongings.
Free Weights & Plate Loaded
Etiquette is critical in the free weight area.
- Always re-rack weights after use. Do not leave plates on the floor.
- Clips must be returned to the rack, not dropped.
- Organize dumbbells in order by weight if you moved them.
No Dropping Weights
Dropping dumbbells, kettlebells, or plates onto the floor damages equipment and floors. Lower weights under control or use the rubberized mats provided.
- Food and open beverages are not permitted on the fitness floor.
- Only water bottles with tight seals are allowed near equipment.
- Please consume snacks in the designated lounge or cafe area.
Locker Rooms & Showers
Keep shared spaces clean and private items secure.
- IronForge is not responsible for lost or stolen items in locker rooms.
- Bring your own padlock (or use our key lockers with deposit).
- Lock your locker when you step away or during shower.
- Shower curtains must be closed when showering.
- Limit shower time to 5-10 minutes during peak hours.
- Place hair and used towels in the hamper, not the drain.
Classes & Studios
Guidelines for group fitness participation.
- You must check in for classes via the app or kiosk 15 minutes prior.
- Classes fill up quickly; cancellations made within 2 hours may result in a strike.
- No-shows are considered a strike. Accumulating 3 strikes in a month may pause booking privileges.
Guests & Children
Policies regarding visitors and minors.
- Members under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Children under 12 are not permitted on the weight floor.
- Teen members (13-15) must complete an orientation before using equipment.
- Elite members receive 2 guest passes per month.
- Guests must sign a liability waiver and present valid ID.
- Members must remain with their guests at all times.
