Built for Raw Power & Precision

Our Strength & Powerlifting program follows evidence-based periodization models, blending linear progression, block periodization, and conjugate methods to maximize force production across the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

📈

Periodized Programming

8-12 week macrocycles with strategic deloads, peaking phases, and competition prep templates.

🎯

Technique Analysis

Video breakdowns, bar path optimization, and positional coaching to eliminate weak points.

⚙️

Accessory Integration

Targeted unilateral work, posterior chain development, and joint prep for longevity.

🏆
Competition Ready

The Big Three & Beyond

Master the foundational lifts through structured progressions, technique drills, and intelligent volume management.

Technique

🏋️ Depth & Bracing

Focus on hip hinge mechanics, intra-abdominal pressure, and consistent barbell path. We drill parallel depth standards and torso angle optimization.

Progression

📊 Linear & Undulating

Structured double progression models with auto-regulatory RPE tracking. Weekly main lift variations paired with technique volume.

Weak Point

🔩 Hole & Lockout

Pause squats, block pulls, and deficit work to identify and strengthen transition points. Band/resisted protocols for speed development.

Setup

🛡️ Arch & Leg Drive

Optimized starting position with scapular retraction, tension mapping, and controlled leg drive integration for maximum stability.

Tempo

⏱️ Eccentric Control

3-1-1 and 4-2-1 tempo variations to build chest/tri strength through vulnerable stretch positions. Pin presses for power transition.

Volume

📦 Cluster Sets

Rest-pause and cluster set methodologies to accumulate high-intensity volume while maintaining technical execution across sets.

Start

🧱 Hip Height & Positioning

Custom setup protocols based on limb length ratios. Grip strength development and neutral spine maintenance under load.

Variations

🔄 Conjugate System

Deficit RDLs, block pulls, and Romanian deadlifts rotated weekly to address specific sticking points while managing fatigue.

Grip

🤲 Crushing & Hook

Fat grizer work, farmer carries, and strategic strap usage protocols. Grip endurance training for heavy competition sets.

Posterior

🦵 Hamstring & Glute

Good mornings, sliding leg curls, and glute bridges to support heavy lifting and injury resilience.

Upper Body

💪 Overhead & Rows

Strict presses, face pulls, and chest-supported rows to correct imbalance and build pressing power.

Core

🧱 Anti-Rotation

Pallof presses, ab wheel rollouts, and weighted carries for bracing strength that translates directly to the platform.

Competition-Grade Equipment

Purpose-built platforms, calibrated plates, and specialized rigs designed for serious strength athletes.

🏟️

Olympic Platforms

6 rubber-matted IPF-standard platforms with competition flooring

🔩

Power Racks

Hammer Strength & Rogue monolifts with safety spotters

⚖️

Calibrated Plates

Competition bumper plates (2.5kg to 30kg) for precise loading

🏋️

Specialty Bars

Boxing, deadlift, safety squat, and trap bars for variation

🧱

FAQ

Everything you need to know before stepping on the platform.

Do I need prior lifting experience to join? +

Not at all. Our program includes foundational technique phases for beginners. Coaches will scale loads, adjust tempos, and provide regression progressions so you can build a solid base before adding heavy weight.

How long is a typical programming cycle? +

Standard blocks run 8 to 12 weeks, followed by a planned deload week. Competition prep cycles may extend to 16 weeks with specific peaking protocols tailored to your event date.

Is equipment provided, or should I bring my own? +

We provide chalk, straps, belts, and all barbell equipment. If you have personal competition gear (suits, shoes, wraps), you're welcome to bring it. Otherwise, everything you need is on-site.

Can I attend open powerlifting hours without a membership? +

Open hours are included with Pro Athlete and Elite memberships. Day passes are available for $18 and include full facility access, equipment use, and spotter assistance during open sessions.

Do you offer competition preparation services? +

Yes. We provide full peaking programs, meet-day strategy, weigh-in guidance, and warm-up protocols. We also partner with local federations and can help you register for your first sanctioned meet.
