JobSphere ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and safety of all users, including minors. JobSphere is a professional career development and job-search platform designed primarily for individuals aged 13 and older. We do not intentionally market our services, collect personal information, or provide career-related tools to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children under 13. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, residential addresses, resume data, or any identifiers that could be used to contact or locate a minor.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected PII from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to securely delete the information from our servers and discontinue any processing or use of such data.

For users aged 13 and older, we may collect:

Data from verified minor accounts is permanently deleted upon request or within 30 days of discovery.
