4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, job listing templates, and design elements on JobSphere are the exclusive property of JobSphere Inc. and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of their resumes and submitted content but grant JobSphere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process such content solely for Platform operations and job matching purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of JobSphere's materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Security & Limitations
JobSphere implements industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, regular penetration testing, and strict access controls to protect user data. While we strive to maintain rigorous security standards, no internet-based service is completely infallible. JobSphere shall not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, third-party breaches beyond our control, or force majeure events.
Our platform may occasionally experience maintenance, downtime, or service modifications. JobSphere provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes regarding job placements or employer responses.
