Terms, Privacy & Legal Policies

Please read carefully. By accessing or using JobSphere's platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or using any JobSphere services (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. JobSphere reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform. By using JobSphere, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

1.3 User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • JobSphere may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

1.4 Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post discriminatory content, impersonate others, scrape or automate data collection, post duplicate job listings, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. JobSphere reserves the right to remove content and terminate access without prior notice.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

JobSphere collects information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, resume, work history, preferences, and payment details (for employers). We also collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and usage analytics through cookies and similar technologies.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Facilitate job matching, application processing, and account management
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, recommendations, and security alerts
  • Improve our algorithms, platform performance, and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

2.3 Data Sharing & Third Parties

JobSphere does not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery. Employers receive only the data you explicitly share via job applications. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and business insights.

2.4 Your Rights

3. Cookie Policy

JobSphere uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver personalized job recommendations. We categorize cookies as follows:

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, job listing templates, and design elements on JobSphere are the exclusive property of JobSphere Inc. and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their resumes and submitted content but grant JobSphere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process such content solely for Platform operations and job matching purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of JobSphere's materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Security & Limitations

JobSphere implements industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, regular penetration testing, and strict access controls to protect user data. While we strive to maintain rigorous security standards, no internet-based service is completely infallible. JobSphere shall not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, third-party breaches beyond our control, or force majeure events.

Our platform may occasionally experience maintenance, downtime, or service modifications. JobSphere provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes regarding job placements or employer responses.
