6. Employers
Employers agree to:
- Post accurate job descriptions, including compensation and requirements.
- Comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws.
- Not post fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading job listings.
- Pay all applicable fees for job postings and premium features.
- Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
JobSphere reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on JobSphere. However, by posting content, you grant JobSphere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
