12. Limitation of Liability

JobSphere, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, "Service Providers") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the JobSphere platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; and
• Any other matter relating to the platform, even if JobSphere has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 Employment Decisions & Hiring Outcomes

JobSphere operates strictly as a job listing and candidate-employer connection platform. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, salary outcomes, successful hiring results, or any specific career advancement. All hiring decisions, interviews, negotiations, background checks, and employment contracts are entered into solely between employers and candidates. JobSphere assumes no liability for any employment-related disputes, discrimination claims, wage disagreements, or contractual disputes arising from interactions facilitated through our platform.

12.3 Accuracy & Completeness of Listings

While we implement moderation practices to maintain quality, JobSphere does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any job posting, company information, salary data, benefits details, or third-party content displayed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying all job requirements, compensation ranges, and company credentials directly with the hiring entity before applying or making any employment-related decisions.

12.4 Third-Party Links & Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, resume builders, assessment tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by JobSphere. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, terms of use, or security measures of any third-party sites or services. Accessing or using third-party links is at your own risk, and we strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of such services prior to engagement.

12.5 Service Interruptions & Modifications

JobSphere may temporarily suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any feature, function, algorithm, or service without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interruptions, modifications, or discontinuations. Service availability is subject to technical limitations, scheduled maintenance, server capacity, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

This Limitation of Liability provision shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this section shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, as detailed in our full Terms of Service. Class action waivers and jury trial waivers apply as outlined in Section 15.
