Note: All employer accounts are subject to verification before posting live job listings. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.

Business Registration

Organizations must be legally registered entities in their operating jurisdiction. Sole proprietors are eligible if registered.

  • Valid business license or registration certificate.
  • Tax Identification Number (EIN/VAT) verification.
  • Authorized signatory documentation.

Website & Branding

Employers must maintain an active public presence to establish credibility and allow candidates to verify legitimacy.

  • Active corporate website (http/https).
  • LinkedIn company page or social media presence.
  • Clear "About Us" and contact information.

Payment Methods

Valid payment methods are required for premium job postings and employer subscriptions.

  • Credit/Debit card in the company name.
  • Or active PayPal/Bank Transfer account.
  • Billing address verification.

Employer Verification Process

  1. Account Creation

    Register with a corporate email address (@yourcompany.com). Free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo) require additional verification steps.

  2. Document Submission

    Upload required business documents via the dashboard. Our AI-assisted review checks for authenticity.

  3. Background Check

    We perform a standard database check to ensure no history of fraudulent activity or legal violations.

  4. Approval

    Once verified, you'll receive an email notification and can start posting jobs immediately.

Prohibited Activities

Accounts engaging in the following will be suspended immediately:
  • Posting fraudulent or scam job listings.
  • Discriminatory hiring practices based on protected characteristics.
  • Collecting fees from job seekers.
  • Posting multiple identical listings to boost visibility artificially.
Open to All: JobSphere is free to use for job seekers. No payment is required to create a profile or apply to jobs.

Age Requirement

To create an account, you must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

  • Minimum age: 18 years old (or age of majority in your region).
  • Users under 18 must have parental consent and account supervision.

Account Requirements

Valid contact information is required to facilitate communication with employers.

  • Valid, accessible email address.
  • Unique username (no offensive terms).
  • One personal account per individual.

Profile Authenticity

Profiles must accurately represent your professional background to ensure fair hiring practices.

  • Real name usage (no aliases or bot names).
  • Accurate work history and education details.
  • No AI-generated fake references or skills.

Location & Visa Status

Most job listings specify location requirements. Be aware of the following:

Job Type Eligibility Requirement
On-Site Restricted Must live in or near the specified city/region.
Remote (Local) Restricted Must reside in the country of the employer.
Remote (Global) Open Open to candidates worldwide, subject to tax laws.
Internship Varies Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution.
