Is JobSphere free for job seekers?
Yes! JobSphere is completely free for all job seekers. You can create a profile, search for jobs, and apply to listings without any cost. Employers may have paid plans to post jobs.
How do I track my job applications?
Once you apply to a job, it will appear in your "My Applications" dashboard. You can track status updates (e.g., Received, Under Review, Interview) and save important jobs for later.
What payment methods do you accept for employers?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise accounts. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account permanently via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
How long does it take to hire?
Hiring times vary by industry and role, but on average, candidates receive responses within 5-7 business days. Premium job listings often receive faster review times.
