Everything you need to know about setting up, managing, and securing your JobSphere account.

Login & Setup 3

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security reasons. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

After signing up, a verification email is sent to your inbox. Click the link inside to activate your account. If it hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or click "Resend Verification Email" on your dashboard.

Yes! JobSphere supports secure sign-up and login via Google and LinkedIn OAuth. Your basic profile info will be synced automatically, but you can still edit and customize everything in your account settings.

Profile & Resume 2

Go to My Profile > Resume. You can upload PDF, DOC, or DOCX files up to 10MB. Our parser will auto-fill your work history and skills. Review and edit the extracted data before saving.

Yes. Free users can store 1 resume, while Premium users can manage up to 5. You can set a default version for applications and switch between them as needed.

Billing & Plans 3

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Click "Cancel Plan" and follow the prompts. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

All past invoices and payment receipts are stored in Settings > Billing > Invoice History. You can download them as PDFs for your records. VAT/tax info can be added to your profile for compliant billing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via Stripe.

Notifications 2

Check your notification preferences under Settings > Email Preferences. Ensure "Job Alerts" is toggled on. If you're still not receiving emails, whitelist @jobsphere.com in your spam filter and verify your account status.

Yes. Use the "Pause All Notifications" toggle in your settings dashboard. You can set a custom duration (3, 7, or 14 days) or pause indefinitely until you manually resume them.

Security & Privacy 2

Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. You can set up 2FA using an authenticator app (TOTP) or SMS backup codes. We strongly recommend enabling this for account protection.

By default, your profile is visible to employers and recruiters. You can switch to "Private Mode" in Settings > Privacy to hide your details unless you apply to a job. Your resume is only shared when you explicitly apply.

Closing Account 1

Visit Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll need to confirm your password and acknowledge that all data, job alerts, and subscription benefits will be permanently removed. Deletion takes up to 30 days to process fully per GDPR compliance.
