Prohibited Conduct Policy
JobSphere is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users, including job seekers, employers, recruiters, and administrative staff. This Prohibited Conduct Policy outlines behaviors and actions that are strictly forbidden on our platform. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or other appropriate enforcement measures.
1. Harassment & Discrimination
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal, written, or visual abuse, threats, or hostile communications
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or any other protected characteristic
- Unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or sexually explicit content
- Bullying, stalking, or retaliatory behavior
2. Fraud & Misrepresentation
Users must provide accurate and truthful information. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Falsifying employment history, qualifications, education, or identity
- Creating fake, duplicate, or burner accounts to manipulate platform metrics or bypass restrictions
- Impersonating another individual, company, organization, or JobSphere representative
- Submitting fraudulent job postings, applications, payment information, or tax documents
3. Spam & Unwanted Communications
To protect user experience and platform integrity, the following are prohibited:
- Sending mass unsolicited messages, emails, or calls to other users
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest data, post content, or apply to jobs
- Distributing promotional material, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or affiliate links without prior written consent
- Abusing notification systems, messaging features, or contact request limits
4. Data Privacy & Security Violations
JobSphere treats user data with the utmost confidentiality. Users must not:
- Access, download, share, or misuse other usersā personal, professional, or financial information without explicit consent
- Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent platform security measures
- Share login credentials, session tokens, or allow unauthorized third-party access to accounts
- Use unauthorized third-party tools that violate our API Terms, Terms of Service, or data policies
5. Intellectual Property Infringement
Respect for copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights is mandatory. Prohibited actions include:
- Posting job descriptions, resumes, portfolios, or content containing stolen, unlicensed, or plagiarized materials
- Using JobSphereās trademarks, logos, UI assets, or proprietary content without written authorization
- Distributing pirated software, documents, media, or subscription services through platform features
6. Platform Manipulation & Abuse
Users must not engage in activities that undermine the fairness, accuracy, or functionality of JobSphere:
- Artificially inflating application rates, review scores, ratings, or engagement metrics
- Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages (e.g., bypassing job posting limits, search visibility, or pricing tiers)
- Exploiting system bugs, pricing errors, or promotional vulnerabilities
- Coordinating fake reviews, false reporting, or malicious flagging of users, companies, or job listings
7. Illegal Activities
JobSphere will not tolerate any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international laws, including but not limited to:
- Human trafficking, forced labor, indentured servitude, or illegal recruitment practices
- Soliciting or facilitating transactions involving drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property
- Money laundering, tax evasion, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Posting job opportunities that require illegal work, violate labor laws, or exploit workers
Enforcement & Consequences
JobSphere reserves the right to take immediate action against accounts that violate this policy. Enforcement measures may include:
- Warning or temporary restriction of account features
- Removal or editing of violating content, job postings, applications, or reviews
- Permanent account suspension or termination without refund
- Withholding of pending payments, credits, or subscription balances
- Reporting to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or relevant authorities when required by law
How to Report Violations
If you witness or experience prohibited conduct, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

- In-app reporting tools available on user profiles, job postings, messaging threads, and company pages

All reports are handled confidentially. Our Trust & Safety team will investigate promptly and take appropriate action. Retaliation against reporters is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Policy Updates & Acknowledgment
JobSphere may update this Prohibited Conduct Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, platform features, security standards, or best practices. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of JobSphere following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
