How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

How can I track my job application status?

Navigate to your Dashboard and click on My Applications. Here you'll see a list of all your submitted applications with their current status:
  • Received — The employer has received your application
  • Under Review — Your application is being evaluated
  • Interview Scheduled — You've been selected for an interview
  • Offer Extended — Congratulations! You received an offer
  • Not Selected — Unfortunately, you weren't selected this time
You'll also receive email notifications for any status changes.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings > Billing page. Refund policies vary by plan:
  • Monthly plans: No refund for the current billing cycle, but you keep access until the period ends
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days of purchase
  • Enterprise plans: Contact your account manager for custom arrangements
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier with limited features.

How do I update my resume or CV?

Go to Profile > Resume in your dashboard. You can upload a new resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format (max 10MB). Your updated resume will automatically be attached to future job applications. For existing applications, you may need to contact the employer directly to share your updated resume.

How do job alerts work?

Job alerts notify you when new positions matching your criteria are posted. To set one up:
  • Save a job search by clicking "Save Search" on any search results page
  • Set your preferred frequency: Instant, Daily, or Weekly
  • Choose your notification method: email, push notification, or both
You can manage or delete your alerts anytime from Settings > Job Alerts.

  • Bank transfer (for annual and enterprise plans)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Try these steps:
  • Make sure you're using the correct email address and password
  • Click Forgot Password to reset your password
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window
  • Check if your account has been suspended or deactivated
