How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your Paws Source account to view real-time tracking status on the "Orders" page.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting support. Once the order has entered the processing stage, address changes are not possible for security reasons.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Please note that only Standard and Express shipping methods are available for these addresses. Overnight delivery is not available.
Are your packages secure and weather-proof?
Absolutely! All pet food and supplies are sealed in waterproof packaging to protect against weather and damage during transit. We use durable boxes and protective materials to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
