Advisors typically commit to 2-4 hours per month, including quarterly strategy calls, monthly reviews, and occasional mentoring sessions. We respect your time and design the role to be flexible.
The role is primarily impact-driven. However, advisors receive exclusive benefits, early access to features, and eligibility for our advisor equity/token incentive program based on tenure and contribution.
Advisors are typically on board for 12-month terms, with the option to renew. We review performance and fit annually to ensure mutual value.
Applications are reviewed by our Executive Committee, including our CEO and Head of Strategy. We look for diverse perspectives and proven expertise.
