You can set up a basic campaign in as little as 5-10 minutes using our templates. However, we recommend spending 1-2 weeks on the Discovery phase to validate your idea and prepare compelling content. The most successful campaigns invest 20-30 hours in preparation before launching.

For Fixed Funding campaigns, we charge a 5% platform fee on successfully funded projects. For Flexible Funding, the fee is 6%. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are charged separately. We never charge fees on unsuccessful Fixed Funding campaigns.

It depends on your funding model. With Fixed Funding, if you don't reach your goal, no money changes hands — backers aren't charged. With Flexible Funding, you keep everything you raised, even if it's below your target goal. You can also extend your campaign duration or lower your goal if needed.

For Fixed Funding campaigns, funds are released within 3-5 business days after your goal is reached. For Flexible Funding, you can access funds immediately as they come in. We support bank transfers, wire transfers, and PayPal payouts to 190+ countries.

Yes! You can update your campaign description, add new reward tiers, extend the deadline, and post updates at any time. Major changes like changing your funding goal or switching funding models can also be done with a one-time fee. Our system notifies all existing backers of significant changes.

The minimum funding goal is $500 and there's no maximum limit. However, campaigns with goals over $500,000 undergo additional review to ensure feasibility. Our AI recommendation engine can suggest an optimal goal based on your category, audience size, and similar successful campaigns.
