All original content published on SereneMind platforms—including but not limited to guided meditation scripts, therapeutic frameworks, audio recordings, video courses, blog articles, and infographics—is the exclusive intellectual property of SereneMind Inc. and our licensed creators.
- Users may download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Redistribution, resale, or hosting of our materials on third-party platforms is prohibited.
- Screen recordings or automated scraping of platform content violates our Terms of Service and applicable copyright laws.
3. Proprietary Technology & Algorithms
SereneMind utilizes proprietary machine learning models for mood tracking, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) matching, and personalized mindfulness recommendations. These algorithms, data processing pipelines, and adaptive wellness engines are protected under trade secret laws and pending patent applications.
