4. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and ethically. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination against other users or providers
• Misrepresenting your identity or credentials
