How do I book my first therapy session?
After signing up, complete your wellness assessment. You'll be matched with a compatible therapist. Visit the Therapy tab in your dashboard to view available slots and book your first session. Your first consultation is always included free with your subscription.
Is my data and therapy sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. All therapy sessions and personal data are encrypted using bank-level security. Our therapists are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and ethical guidelines. We never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Can I change my therapist if it's not a good fit?
Yes, finding the right therapist is important. If you feel the connection isn't right, you can request a new match at any time from your dashboard. There's no limit to how many times you can switch, and your previous session notes will be transferred securely.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining time in your billing cycle. Contact billing@serenemind.com for assistance.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, SereneMind is a private-pay service. However, we provide detailed receipts and invoices that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many users have successfully received partial reimbursement through their mental health benefits.
How can I access the meditation library offline?
Premium members can download meditation sessions for offline access. Open any session in the app and tap the Download button. Sessions will be available in your "Downloads" folder even without an internet connection. Note: Offline downloads expire after 30 days and require periodic sync.
