Is SparkleClean Pro fully insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry $2M in general liability insurance and are fully bonded through our state contractor registry. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
What happens if my pet is injured during a clean?
While rare, any injury to pets or humans occurring during service is covered under our general liability policy. Please report incidents immediately and provide veterinary or medical documentation.
Do I need to provide receipts for damaged items?
For items under $200, we may use standard depreciation guides. For higher-value items, original receipts, photos, or professional appraisals help expedite claims processing.
How long does the claims process take?
Most straightforward claims are resolved within 5-7 business days. Complex cases involving structural repairs or third-party vendors may take 10-14 days. You'll receive regular updates.
Can I request a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Absolutely. Property managers, HOAs, or commercial clients can request an updated COI directly from our operations team via email or phone.
