This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery estimates, carrier partnerships, and guidelines for handling shipments. Order Processing Times

Efficient processing is the first step in ensuring on-time delivery. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Standard Orders: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Custom & Bulk Orders: Bespoke specifications, palletized freight, and large-volume orders require 3–5 business days for quality assurance, precision cutting, and secure packaging.
  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Submissions received on weekends or recognized holidays are processed on the next business day.

💡 Tip: Add "RUSH PROCESSING" to your notes at checkout or contact your account manager to expedite time-sensitive orders (subject to capacity).

Delivery Estimates & Tracking

Delivery windows are estimates and depend on your location, carrier transit times, and weather conditions. Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with tracking numbers and carrier links
  • Real-time status updates via our customer portal
  • Delivery notifications with proof of delivery (signature required for freight & high-value orders)

For bulk/freight shipments, our logistics team coordinates directly with your receiving facility to schedule dock appointments and ensure compliant unloading.

Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

To comply with federal, state, and international regulations, please note the following:

  • Hazardous Materials: While our staples are non-hazardous, certain coating treatments or packaging materials may be subject to DOT/IATA regulations. We handle all compliance documentation.
  • International Customs: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to streamline clearance.
  • Remote/PO Boxes: Some expedited and freight services require a physical street address. PO Box deliveries default to Standard Ground or carrier-approved alternatives.
  • Weather & Force Majeure: Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes may delay shipments. We communicate proactively during such events.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We package every order with industrial-grade protection to prevent transit damage. However, if your shipment arrives compromised:

  1. Inspect Immediately: Check packages upon delivery before signing.
  2. Document Issues: Note damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and photograph packaging/contents.
  3. Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email shipping@staplecraftpro.com with your order number, photos, and carrier details.

We will promptly investigate, file carrier claims on your behalf, and arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping-related returns are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Unauthorized returns or shipments sent to incorrect addresses without prior coordination are subject to restocking and return freight fees.
