If a trip is cancelled by SummitX due to severe weather, political instability, natural disasters, or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund or full trip credit. For personal emergencies (medical, family, employment), we strongly recommend our partner travel insurance plan, which covers 90% of non-refundable costs. Medical documentation must be submitted within 7 days of cancellation.
