Packing Pro-Tips

Insights from our lead guides to help you pack smarter, not heavier.

🎒 Layering System

Always pack in layers: base (moisture management), mid (insulation), and shell (wind/rain protection). This lets you adapt to changing mountain conditions quickly.

👟 Break In Your Gear

Never wear brand-new boots on a multi-day trek. Break them in with shorter hikes to prevent blisters and hotspots on the trail.

💧 Water Management

Carry at least 2L capacity. If your trip involves remote areas, bring a backup purification method (tablets + filter) for redundancy.
