International orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. We use temperature-controlled courier services to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. Tracking details are emailed immediately after dispatch.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If your order arrives melted or broken, please email support@terroircocoa.com with photos within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Our Dark 85% and Single Estate Reserve are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. Milk chocolate bars contain dairy. We process nuts in our facility, so cross-contamination is possible. Full allergen info is printed on every wrapper.
Store in a cool, dry place at 15–18°C (59–64°F), away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid refrigeration unless temperatures exceed 25°C, as condensation can cause sugar bloom.
